Cancun Today's Reservations Help

All our tours must be booked and paid through Cancun Today's web site, www.cancuntoday.net.
The promotions and discounts only apply in online reservations. All our tours must be booked at least 24 hours prior to your day tour.

Payment and Deposit Information

  • Your credit card will be charged for the total amount quoted at the time of booking.
  • Charges will appear on your billing statement as Cancun today Travel Group.
  • You will receive an e-mail once your payment has been completed (this can take a few minutes). If you do not hear from us within 2 hours after payment, please contact us at: payments@cancuntoday.com
  • If you pay with a check, Paypal e-check or bank wire, your vouchers will issued once payment has cleared. You will receive an email letting you know that your payment is being processed.
  • If your payment does not clear, we will notify you accordingly.
  • Once your payment is clear we will send you within 24 hours an e-mail voucher, please print this voucher take it with you, present it and exchange these voucher the day of your tour to our staff along with a photo ID. Please notice that your voucher is the payment and has the booking confirmation number of yours tours
  • If you forget print your voucher please contact us at less 24 hours prior your day tour and we will be happy to send it again to your e-mail address. For your own security we will e-mail your voucher to the same e-mail address where we sent the voucher the first time.
  • If you do not present your voucher you may have a delay in your tours. Please call us to our emergency number 9981 90 63 09 The staff has to be sure about you identity and the number of the voucher, they have to double check this information with our main office in order to provide the service of the tour.

Important pick-up information for our regular tours, premium tours and all our tours with transportation

  • For tours with land transportation, we strongly suggest be at the meeting point 5 minutes before your pick up time.
  • In order to pick up all our visitors on time, our regular tours are very punctual and professional, If you are not in the meeting point place at the time written in the voucher our staff is going to try to contact you, if the visitors do not show up our buses have to leave to continue with the schedule pick up, they are going to leave a note to let you know that you miss your pick up. Please contact us as soon as possible at our Cancun Today emergency number 998 190 63 09 we are going to be pleased to assist you and reschedule your tour.
  • If the visitors are in the meeting point place at the time written in the voucher and our staff do not show up within 10 minutes time after please contact us immediately at our Cancun Today emergency number 998 190 63 09 we are going to be pleased to assist you and send you right away the transportation for your tour.

Land Tours Without Transportation

  • For tours without transportation please present your voucher along with a photo ID at check in point of the local destination ( park, marina, etc. ) upon arrival and you will receive in exchange the bracelet tickets admission for the tour. We strongly recommended you arrive as early as you can to the parks to enjoy a full adventure day.

Water Tours Without Transportation

  • For watersports tours, swimming with dolphins, Isla Mujeres, Holbox and Cozumel tours, please present your voucher along with a photo ID in check in point of the local destination ( marina, park, etc.) upon arrival; you will receive in exchange the bracelet tickets admission to the tour. We strongly recommended you arrive 10 minutes before at the location written in the instructions of your voucher to enjoy a full adventure day.

Xplor, Xel-ha, Xcaret admission voucher-boarding pass without transportation

  • For Xel-ha, Xplor, Xcaret admission vouchers without transportation you are able to change the day of your visit to the park without notification to Cancun Today, if you have a delay in your trip plans for a reason out of your own control such as airplane delays, inclement weather, etc.. Please note these changes applies for Xel-ha, Xplor, Xcaret admission vouchers without transportation only.
  • Please notice that your admission voucher is valid for one year from the date of the original reservation and is not refundable for NO SHOW after the date of the original reservation. Important Children regulation age policy

  • All childred from 5 to 11 years old and/or from 40" to 55" tall pay the 50% of the adults price unless otherwise specified. Children taller than 55" within 11 years old have to show an official ID to our staff with the date of birthday to prove their age. If the children are unable to prove their age with an official ID the regulation of height applies.
  • Children under 4 years all and/or under 40" are free of charge unless otherwise specified. Children taller than 40" within 4 years old have to show an official ID to our staff with the date of birthday to prove their age. If the children are unable to prove their age with an official ID the regulation of height applies.

Premium Family Packages and Combo Tours

  • All our Premium packs and combos tours have transportation included, all our vehicles has the highest standards of comfort and quality.
  • Our Chichen itza tour has brand new luxury and panoramic bus, fully equipped with ladies and gentlemen bathrooms.
  • All our Premium packs and combos tours have to be schedule in a period of time of 15 (fifteen calendar days) from the first day visit tour. Create your own itinerary you have fifteen days to enjoy our Premium Packs and combo tours ( One tour per day )
  • To have the best and personal itinerary we strongly suggest booking all the tours of your Premium pack at the moment of reservation and payment. One tour per day in a period of time of fifteen calendar days.

  • All changes need at least 24 hours before the new schedule day.
  • Please notice that after the first day of visiting the first tour in our Premium packs and combos tours you have 15 days to visit the second, third and the fourth tour.   • Once you start using your Premium packs and Combos tours are not refundable any of the unused tickets, coupons or admissions.

Weather guarantee for day tours

  • If there is inclement weather, Cancun Today Travel Group guarantees that your voucher will remain valid for a whole year after the time of issuance. Please email us at clientservices@cancuntoday.com with your new intended dates so we can re-schedule your tour.
  • Our weather guarantee policy is valid ONLY when the tour operator has cancelled the tour for inclement weather. Please notice that we are in the Mexican Caribbean and we may have showers in some areas and sunshine 10 min away. If the visitors don't want to go, or they do not show up, they are subject to follow the regulations of our cancellation and changes policy as they agree at the time of purchase.

Admissions to the parks, Premium and Regular Tours, Cancellation, Refund and Change Policy

Tour cancellation requests that are received after payment has been processed will be refunded except for an administrative fee, according to the following schedule:
  • Received at least 8 business days before your scheduled tour date (local time) 10% administrative fee of your total payment.
  • Received between 7 business days and at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour date (local time) 25% administrative fee of your total payment.
  • Received between 48 hours and 24 hours before your scheduled tour date (local time) 50% administrative fee of your total payment.
  • Received within 24 hours of your scheduled tour date (local time) 100% administrative fee of your total payment.
  • Please note that payment is not refundable for NO shows.
  • In case of medical emergency, and you are unable to go to your tour or use some of the tickets, coupons or bracelets that you already have. Please let us know as soon as possible at our emergency number or e-mail:

Changes to Private Tours

Changes to your scheduled private tours are allowed under the following conditions:
  • After your payment has been processed, you can request changes to your reservation dates as long as your request is received within 8 business days before your scheduled tour date. All changes are subject to a 25% administrative fee of your total payment. Please request your changes by calling our office in Cancun at (998) 8 48 21 24 local time Monday through Friday hours office are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm central time or emailing us at anytime at clientservices@cancuntoday.com. Change requests that are received within 7 business days of your scheduled tour date are subject to a 50% administrative fee of your total payment. Any time after that, changes are not allowed or refundable.
  • In case of medical emergency, and you are unable to go to your tour or use some of the tickets, coupons or bracelets that you already have. Please let us know as soon as possible at our emergency number:
